1. Acceptance of Terms

All content on the c9taya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of c9taya or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

10. Termination of Account

c9taya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, failure to complete KYC verification, or any activity that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending bonuses and promotional funds. However, your real-money balance (excluding any funds obtained through fraudulent or abusive means) will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges, provided you have completed KYC verification and met all withdrawal requirements.
